Superior Architectural Solutions, Inc was formed in September 2006, by Octavio Torres.
The creation was based on the need for Installation of Product for the company he was working for AAA Architectural Elements and Coatings, Inc. Octavio "Tavo" had been working with AAA Architectural since 1992 and had moved through the positions to be Operations Manager in charge of 50+ employees. Superior had another opportunity to purchase an existing business in Sarasota FI, Art and Stone Products, Inc in May 2015. This purchase allowed Superior to offer a higher end and lighter product of GFRC. This company is a standalone company and currently is Art and Stone Products Company LLC. Octavio continues to be involved in the daily activities of the business. The majority of Superior Architectural Solutions employees have been with the company since the beginning and even before as an employee of AAA Architectural. Superior prides it's self on outstanding customer service and a Superior product along with installation. No job is too big or too large and we are always welcome to a new idea or vision.
Precast
Our precast concrete material is a sturdy material that can help make sure your piece will last. This type of concrete material can be dyed and colored to provide a unique look to your projects. Some of the items we can create out of this material are Trims, Midbands, Pier Caps, Wall Caps, Columns, Crown Molding, Fireplaces, Window Headers and Sills, For Precast work we offer textures of: Smooth Raw or Sprayed, Light or Medium Coral, or Keystone. For Precast Color we offer the colors of: Buff, Universal Buff or White. For a specific color we charge an additional fee to dye this material.
Composite (Azek)
Composite or Azek is a type of PVC material made from engineered polymers that allow for a durable, light weight product that holds color and allows for longer use for projects. With a 1 inch or 1.5-inch thickness this product allows for a variety of shapes and products. At Superior we use a state-of-the-art machine that allows us to cut precise shapes, angles, and measurements for any project. This material can also be painted to add a pop of color to your projects. We cut, assemble, and paint all our composite projects in house so we can guarantee the quality of each project. Some of the items that can be produced from Composite are Brackets, Shutters, Gables, Pediments, Louvers, Midbands, and Medallions. For Composite we can paint these items any color that the client would like if we were provided the paint name and number.
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)
Our EPS shapes can be used in combination with any one of the approved major exterior finish insulation systems. Pre-coating EPS shapes offer several advantages to the contractor such as: Saves substantial time and money for installer. Reduces on-the-job shape damage and waste. Provides greater uniformity and quality due to the repetitive nature of a production operation. The product is chemical, moisture, impact, and abrasion resistant. There are several options for pre-coated shapes available to the contractor: Styrothane (Urethane R.I.M.) Base and Primer*. Styrothane Base, Primer, and Finish Coat*. EFIS Base with Mesh and Finish Coat. Ideal for Architectural Shapes with small radiuses and detail. You can select from a variety of standard shape designs. Shapes for cornices and fascia can be customized to meet individual needs. All our products are easy to assemble yourself or you can request our professional installation crew to complete the job for a nominal fee. There are a variety of items that we can make from this type of material. These items include Brackets, Shutters, Louvers, Medallions, Midbands, Crown Molding, Pier Caps, Wall Caps, to Privacy Walls. Privacy Walls also contain a cement covering over the outside with concrete footers on the inside for support. For Foam work we offer textures of: Smooth, Sand, Keystone, Coral, and Primed for Paint. For Foam colors we can paint these items an color that the client would like if we were provided the paint name and number.

Aluminium
Here at Superior, we can create several jobs that are made from aluminum. We provide a high standard of safety and beauty to any project needed for aluminum. All our aluminum products are recommended to have a powder coated treatment to add color and beauty to your project. Our in-house welder cuts, shapes and produces all our projects in-house. Some of the items that can be made from our aluminum are Pool Railings, Standard Railings, Bahama Shutters, Bermuda Shutters, Privacy Pannels, Brackets, and Decorative Cross Pieces. For Aluminum we use the RAL Color Booklet for the powder coating. We can custom match a color for an additional charge.
Stone Venner
Another service we offer is in stone veneer work. For this service we use professional stone companies to source the stone that vou are looking to accomplish your proiect. We then install the stone veneer and clean up the area to make sure it looks picture perfect. This type of stone can turn any outdoor area into a beautiful and elegant space. From column bases to the sides of houses, to courtyard walls, and more. This tvpe of work is a beautiful addition to anv space.
