AAA Architectural Elements has built literally hundreds of Monument Signs over the last ten years. These signs ranging from four feet by six feet, to twelve feet by sixty feet have been installed in all parts of the USA and abroad. There have been zero failures to date on any of these signs.

Our Monument Signs, Piers and Wall systems are designed by a unique, technologically advanced system. We use a high-density polystyrene foam core to cut any custom design shape with our CadCam operated equipment. The core is totally surrounded with our Futura Styrothane 5300 Series (RSM) Urethane. The RSM is based on solvent less, fast cure, spray-applied urethane chemistry. Then an acrylic synthetic stucco type product is applied in several different finishes. This adds significant hardness and strength to an already hard and durable urethane.

All signs have engineered four-inch holes to accept four inch heavy wall aluminum piping for posts at designated intervals. These intervals are dictated by the engineering requirements for wind load based on the size of the sign.

Several unique coatings are available including but not restricted to, Mediterranean Coral, Caribbean Coral, Keystone, Cast Concrete, and several Sand Finishes. For added impact you can choose from several cultured stone or brick applications.

With our alliance with Masterwork Sign Systems, your sign can be totally designed, graphics applied and painted. Customized incised or applied lettering and logos can be designed and added in any format. Masterwork will install any sign within a 300-mile radius of our facility.

All our signs carry a five-year warranty for material failure. We can also provide Engineering Certification for wind load on our signs.
